Join us to experience “Minosia Labyrinth” – Learn and Reflect on Migration and Inclusion! Our new project to disseminate the EduLARP method on the topic of migration and inclusion was launched on September 1, 2024. The training course for educational staff offers the opportunity to disseminate the Minosia Labyrinth method in Italy, Spain and Greece and at the same time train new trainers for the method. Drugs are part of everyday life. They are consumed across all population groups. The motives are diverse: pleasure, relaxation, performance enhancement, forgetting about everyday life, expanding consciousness, dealing with problems, drug use as a form of resistance against the logic of capitalism or even a bit of freedom and self-determination in a life full of constraints. When we talk about ‘drug problems’ in the global North, we usually mean the consequences of drug use for our society. Im Onlineseminar am 09.12.23 (10:00 – 15:00) werden wir uns mit der kolonialen Vergangenheit beschäftigen. Unsere Leitfrage wird hierbei sein, inwieweit koloniale Strukturen, Denkweisen und Abhängigkeiten noch heute wirkmächtig sind und Einfluss auf die Gesellschaft, Politik und Ökonomie nehmen. Anhand von Beispielen der Vergangenheit wie Gegenwart werden wir in verschiedenen praktischen Methoden die Verknüpfungen der Zeiten erkunden. Training Minosia facilitators 21.09 to 30.09 & EduLARping on migration & inclusion 25.09 to 29.09 In late September of this year, a big Erasmus+ “double training” took place. One part of this seminar was a Train the Trainers (ToT) program for prospective facilitators of the Minosia Labyrinth method. To allow the newly trained trainers to immediately apply their new found knowledge and try out the method with a group, the second part of the training consisted of a classic Erasmus+ program. Diversify! Including various perspectives in global learning In our new eleven-month project in Berlin, we are deepening our activities in the field of power-sharing and diversification of perspectives in political education work. Until the end of July 2024, three shadowing students will bring their Southern perspectives into the project, develop a workshop concept together with us and conduct it twice with a group of learners. This will make migrant experiences more visible and perspectives in global learning more diverse.
